Isla's At The George - Isle of Wight

Have long waited to have a meal in the george and it was perfect. beautiful table in the garden with fabulous selection on the food that was cooked and presented to perfection. fabulous selection of wine and can recommend the Italian rose two bottles went really nice down. Sunday couldn't be better created with live music. the whole staff made her very welcome and the sun was for the perfect 3 hours

Fantastic hotel very friendly staff and good food, rooms are very clean and imaginable, loved my stay there and will go again, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who goes to the isle of wight!

Great food, great service and a beautiful view of the sea to boot. the deconstructed fish cake was beautiful and I had the tsartic and perfectly aromatized sirloin that I have eaten for years. a perfect Sunday roast.

A nice hotel. a wonderful old building with all foldable floor plates, meandering corridors and historical sense. the room was comfortable and well equipped. we sat directly on the beach in the garden and enjoyed the evening light with a drink before dinner. the menu was very appealing and eating was excellent and the staff was very attentive! a nice experience to be repeated!

We had an overnight stay here, the room was spotless and spacious and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very helpful with booking taxis for us and went over and above to return by post some sunglasses my husband accidentally left in the room We shared a bottle of prosecco in the garden with lovey sea views, really nice Breakfast next morning was delicious and plentiful, we will definitely return
