I ordered coffee here because it's conveniently on my way to work, but my experience has been inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee is prepared correctly, but other times it's downright terrible. I just don't get their process. It's disappointing because I can go to a different place, and they get it right every time. It's frustrating to waste money on coffee that I can't even drink because it tastes off. I think I need to start looking for another spot to grab my morning coffee.
Every time my family and I visit, they never have bananas for the banana split. How can it still be on the menu if they never have the main ingredient? Corporate really needs to address this issue.
I never ordered because the poor employee was so overwhelmed. This young man was doing his best, but was running the store by himself. There were five customers in the store, and three cars in the drive-thru. It was all he could do to keep up with it. Ihope he gets a raise because I think it is absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional to leave one person running a store likethis at a busy time of day. I am giving the employee three stars for his hard work and zero stars to the people who left himalone.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Yesterday, I ordered four items, and two of them were incorrect. They take your order but wait until almost everything is bagged to enter it into the system. For instance, the staff member asked if I had ordered a chocolate long john when I had actually requested a chocolate milk. When I pointed this out, the rude person at the window argued with me and told me never to come back. Clearly, your memory isn't that reliable, so it would be better to input the order as the customer is giving it. Nearly every order I've placed has been either wrong or burnt—it's a consistent issue. They really need to bring someone in to train the staff properly.
