Przekaż informację zwrotnąI am a local who buys seafood often. I went here to buy 5 lbs of medium size stone crab claws. I viewed the claws in the display case which looked satisfactory. When I placed my order, the lady behind the counter, went to a different cooler to complete my order. I got the crab claws home only to find a third of them were lights. Which means the meat does not fill the shell of the claw. (These are normally sold at a small fraction of the price at reputable markets) Also, a number of the crab claws were very small and questionable legal size. To add insult to injury the lady there requested that I leave her a tip (which I mistakenly did) which I thought was very inappropriate. Dishonest and questionable business practices. I won’t be buying from here again!
The lobsters and service has always been more than good, but recently notice they charged a tip without my knowledge, that was desapointing. Money on the tip is not the matter but showing you the card reader straight to pay and later find something you never saw upfront is not right.
Great location with fantastic service. we stopped here on the way to the boat freedom club and bought a pfund key west pink garnelen. yum! watch the live lobster and excellent fresh fish menu!
Lobster was awesome and great price. People there where nice will go back next time we get down to the keys
