Cafe The Karak - Islamabad

I visited this cafe last Saturday, October 31, 2020. The waiter accidentally spilled hot tea on my arm, causing me to get burned. Unfortunately, no one took any action to help me. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was praying. The person who was supposed to be managing was there, but they showed a lack of knowledge and care. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend going there if you want to stay safe and avoid accidents.

The restaurant is incredibly stunning and the tea was absolutely fantastic.

This restaurant is a great place for families. The service is top-notch and the food is excellent.

Good location limited menu, but excellent environment.

Was in town for a few days and stumbled upon this beautiful gem. Traditional decor and lively ambiance. We had tea, anda shami burger and Keena samosas. Delicious and real value for money!
