Bistro Francais' food is awesome in taste, aroma and plating. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The Bistro has limited hours during the off-season, just serving breakfast only, and full regular hours during peak tourism season, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only drawback, which costs this place a star, is the men's restroom. The restroom's toilet didn't have a seat and it wasn't stocked with toilet paper. To top it off, the light didn't work. Hopefully these issues are isolated incidents that will get resolved. If you can separate the restroom issues form the dinning experience, then this place is recommended. The menu is pricey by comparison to other restaurants, but the food is worth it. The French onion soup gets rave reviews and the breakfast menu is always popular by patrons on Isla Mujeres.
