Private Chef Isla - Isla Mujeres

I just recently spent a week in Isla at Casa Elegante for the 2nd time. Our visit would not have been complete with out Carolina! She is our definite go to Private Chef whenever we visit! Carolina’s food is sooo delicious and beautifully prepared. She is a delightful spirit and her food/dishes reflect that. Loved her sea bass ceviche! Caro is the absolute sweetest person. She is flexible and easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend Carolina next time you visit Isla! THE BEST!!!!

I cannot recommend Carolina highly enough as a private chef. Over the course of two days, she prepared scrumptuous breakfasts and dinners for my family, leaving us completely floored with her culinary skills. We had the absolute best time in Isla and a HUGE part of that was chef Carolina! Carolina is frankly the BEST, she is professional, flexible, creates delicious food and SO friendly and wonderful especially with our curious kids. My eldest daughter (10) even came home and made her own pasta after learning with Carolina! We had a large group of 10 and all of us loved our experience with Carolina and were sad to leave her and her delicious creations. I dare say she would be reason alone to come back soon!

Carolina and her team were so amazing for our pre wedding brunch. She was able to work with us to customize a menu that fit our budget and was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. All of the food was absolutely delicious not to mention beautiful! Definitely recommend for any event.
