Kfc Bluff - Isipingo

Very disappointing experience.. ordered online.. was charged accordingly.. 2 hrs later still no delivery.. Called help desk istore many times.. NO HELP.. eventually went in-store.. was told no order was placed.. showed proof of payment from my bank sms proof of payment received from KFC online transaction… They wanted a bank statement.. sent PDF of statement.. was told it cannot be accepted.. need to bring original in-store.. The dunked wings were tiny, I wasn't impressed about that.

Quality is never great at this KFC. Chicken wascold and chips old. Never ate the chips and too much of an effort to take back for a replacement

The meat was wet… Soaking infact. It had too much oil
