Mcdonald's - Ishpeming

The employees are very friendly. Customer service here is excellent!

Love seeing our friends there and whenever a mistake might happen the manager kindly makes it right. Not that mistakes happen often but we are treated kindly as customers.

Efficient drive through, acceptable prices, good highway noticeability, easy road access, good parking space. Also functions well with pre ordering on their app and getting food brought to car.

The restaurant is in the middle of a full interior renovation, should be done by the end of December 2018. The drive thru remains open. They are always fast and accurate with your order.

I have to say, this was the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The person on the intercom was efficient and direct, taking my order promptly. Payment was swift, and I received my food quickly, even during the busy dinner rush. The staff was incredibly friendly. And then the food arrived! The fries were fresh and hot, the nuggets were warm, and the burger was delicious. Plus, they got the order exactly right, sauces included. I didn’t think it was possible to have such a flawless experience at McDonald's. Food: 5 Service: 5
