Libera Iovine, starred chef of the Belvedere restaurant of the Excelsior hotel, is a lady with an open smile and a clear and direct gaze. Often called to the tables by customers who want to compliment her, she welcomes compliments with the awareness and satisfaction of someone who knows that love for one's work is the basis of every preparation. Traditional dishes revisited with skill that enhance the flavors without losing their original essence.
