Management needs to learn people skills. I wont ever go to the Jacktown Hill locationever again, nor allow my family.
Service is very hit or miss. Last time I was there I had awesome service from a kind young man. This time, we did a pick up order and it was ready but incomplete. He tried telling the girl he was missing stuff and was being told his order was beingworked on (his order was ready, she was working on another order at the time). The manager came over and eventually on the 4thtime of being asked what the problem is, he spoke up loudly, which in turned warranted her to start yelling and attempting tohave him kicked out of her restaurant. He stated he was not leaving without the rest of his paid order.. she eventually grabbedthe cookies out of the case with her bare hands and threw them in the bag. I know its not easy working with the public but comeon. And btw when we got home our subs were all jacked up and wrong.
This popped up to be reviewed, but guess what? Never got food! I have a foot injury and went to the drive-up...only 1 car ahead of me...NO ONE EVER CAME TO TAKE ORDERS. I don't know how long I waited before I left, but the guys behind me left first. Yes,they were open ...it was about 1 pm.
The manager Nicole is a rude and disrespectful person. She treated me and my son terribly when we tried ordering at the drive thru. I cannot believe you have someone with such horrible people skills/customer service in this role. We canceled our orderand left. What a terrible experience. Never again.
The people working here this afternoon were incredible! There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers. I?m very impressed at how clean they kept it as I used to work in a restaurant and I know it?s not easy. They changed their glovesand kept things running efficiently. Make sure to tip them well! They?re understaffed and it can be very stressful.
