Mcdonald's - Irvington

I am not a fan of McDonald's, as I prefer to cook my own burgers. However, this restaurant always has a set menu, so the food is best suited for those who enjoy this type of cuisine.

My dining experience at this restaurant is always disappointing. The food is not good and doesn't match the price. This will be my last time coming back. The service is terrible!

Okay, I came here a lot. I'm calling and I can't answer because this is important. before deciding to write an evaluation, I called 5x and no answer. I was calmed over the situation, but getting my car shampoo is above the top. I order a steak egg and cheese on the mc griddle with a big icestee. I put the icy in the cup holder of my car. I drive to the house to take the cup out of the cup holder and spill all the drink in my car. they come to find out the cover they gave me did not fully secure the top of the cup because it was broken as they see in the picture. that is very unacceptable when I call and nobody answers. to let them know about the lids and what happens. I come to this McDonald’s because it is close to my apartment. but now and no one can answer my call would be the last time I come here. I'm just going all the way to jumpfield ave if I have to. because that's ridiculous.

They need to get rid of the tall african manager that thinks she own it is nasty we actually was gonna fight ..she talk mess from behind the counter... these ppl need to learn we share the same world ..mickey Dee's can't protect you and I'm willing to teach her a lesson

Very Bad how they treat the black people that work in the restaurant as well as the people who walk in ! It’s a predominantly black neighborhood and the Spanish people are very disrespectful! If you don’t like the people don’t work the job this is a urban community with some hard working people just trying to get a burger ! It’s not always the best environment but we know how to manage and talk to our people without making them feel hate to want to punch or damage property.
