Service subpar, order incorrect, no sense of appreciation for customer. Ordered munchkins and donuts all thrown in same bag... coffee was lowsy.

I try to explain my order and they yelled at me I felt so bad and scared .They we're not polite.

Person at register had to have the order repeated to her 3 times. She also didn't know the names of the donuts they sell. Not the greatest experience.

Even when the restaurant is mostly empty, the service is surprisingly slow for some reason. Additionally, there are no chairs available for dining in.

The staff was very friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. The hot coffee was excellent. Make sure to visit; you'll be glad you did! ☕
