The best chicken I've ever tasted! Whenever I'm in the area, I always make it a point to stop by Ambassador.

We used to refer to this as "crack chicken" back in the day. I'm not sure it deserves that title anymore; to me, it just tastes pretty basic.

Placed an order to the establishment in Irvington, NJ 1 week before I wanted my order. Received notification of a reminder of picking up my order via email. Arrived at the establishment and my order was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes because they never cooked the food. No apology, no thank you for waiting, nothing. Don't bother, customer service is very poor and unprofessional.

WARNING! BE CAREFUL USING YOUR CARD AT THE AMBASSADORS LOCATED AT 362 SOUTH ORANGE AVENUE IN NEWARK! Yesterday, I noticed a charge of $26.32 on my card from that location, even though I haven't been there in over a year. My card is in my possession. Today, my boyfriend also received a charge from the same place for $54.15, and his card is with him as well. We haven't been to the restaurant at all. We reached out to the business to inform them of the situation, even suggesting there might be an issue with their card reader. They were very nonchalant and didn't seem concerned. We have contacted our banks for further assistance in reporting the fraud, but I wanted to warn everyone to be cautious when using cards there.

Couple years ago this would've been 5 stars across the board. Recipe changed a lot.
