Taco Bell - Irving

There is another TB closer to my house but I will begin coming to this one. I’ve only done the drive through anytime I come, but the outside appearance is clean, the staff I come into contact with are really nice and upbeat.

Lazy drive threw night shift workers. Clearly were in the building but ignored us when we were trying to order. They are just there to get a check and don't take orders. Don't waste your time going there at night even if it says it's open. They will not take your order.

Drive-thru moves fairly fast and the order has been correct I'd say 19 out of 20 times

We love Taco Bell! Service with a smile and reasonable price.

My husband went to the Shady Grove location the other day and he had to use the kiosk to order our food. We as customers shouldn't have to use the kiosk. The employees behind the counter should take our orders. That is what they get paid to do
