Starbucks - Irving

At around 6 PM, there was no one available to assist us in locating the barista. If the hours have changed, it would be helpful to update Google Maps.

I visited the restaurant shortly after it opened and found only one staff member on duty. I ordered the breakfast sandwich for two, which came to $8. I also wanted to order a decaf pumpkin spice coffee, but the associate informed me that she didn’t know how to make it—really? To make matters worse, they were out of cheese Danishes, which was quite frustrating. I ended up going to the Kroger bakery instead, where I found a wider selection of baked goods at a better price.

My husband and I absolutely love this Starbucks location! Today, I noticed they had some adorable menu items featuring the names of the employees. I decided to try the "Damion" with decaf coffee, and it was fantastic! My husband was unsure about what he wanted, but when he described his cravings to April, she knew exactly what to recommend. The drink she made for him turned out to be so incredible that he asked how he could order it again in the future. April truly made the ordering process enjoyable. Sometimes, ordering coffee at Starbucks can feel overwhelming, making you anxious if you're not sure what to get, but that was definitely not the case today. We’re giving 5 stars for April’s exceptional customer service and barista skills!

Awesome customer service! They are super kind and friendly. They don’t make mistakes and is very organized!

My husband and i love this starbucks location. Today i noticed that they had these cute menu items with the employee names. I ordered the Damion with decaf coffee and it was amazing! My husband didn 't know what he wanted but he proceeded to tell April what he was in the mood for and she knew exactly what to do. Needless to say, the drink April had made turned out so amazing that my husband had to ask how he can order that drink next time. April also made ordering a pleasant experience. Sometimes ordering coffee at a starbucks can be overwhelming and can make you feel a little weird for not knowing how to order. But that wasn 't the case today. 5 stars for April and her amazing customer service and barista skills! :
