Smoothie King - Irving

Placed an online order and parked in front of the store and sat there for 20 minutes with nobody visible through the front window, and nobody making the order than I placed. Went inside with somebody else to find out they hadn't started either order. I would give it a 1 star if the smoothies didn't come out good.

This place is NEVER open on time. The sign on the door online says they open at 10am but it’s 10:40am and no one is here. ????

The employee gossip has to stop. It was me along with 4 other people waiting on our smoothie while the young ladies were gossiping and cursing about someone leaving early and leaving another person alone at work. Very unprofessional and will not return. This occurred around 5ish on 10/26/21.

The best in the market for quality smoothies. Been drinking them for years and have a few favorites. This facility employee was very helpful and detail attentive. Thank you sir for all of your input.?

I went to the store 5485 N. MacArthur around 8:07 on October 16th and the store was still closed!! I had seen and employee in the front and as soon as she saw me she hid and didn’t even try to come out at all. I waited another 15 minutes because I thought she was probably busy but she STILL did not even to try and open the door. FYI three other customers went and left. Store should of been open by 8am and it was around 8:25am after I left. I drove 40 minutes for nothing! Someone should really check on their LAZY employees!
