Pollo Regio - Irving

This restaurant is disappointing. While the food is good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I waited about 25 minutes for my meal, only to find out they had forgotten to serve me. I eventually had to ask for a refund. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this location, as they often seem slow and overwhelmed. The other branches are much better!

I always go to this location ! It never disappoints ! But today specifically i went through the drive thru and customer service was magnificent ! Israel made my experience 10x better !!

I stopped by for a quick takeout lunch on a Friday. The woman at the drive-thru was very nice and friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. I probably should have gone inside to pick it up, though, because the drive-thru is not very accommodating for larger vehicles; it was a bit too narrow for me and the big truck I was driving, haha. Besides that, the service and food were excellent!

Gotta Shout Out To Israel For Being Very Helpful In Getting My Order Out Properly In A Timely Manner, Makes My Experience Here That Much Better !

The best chicken I've ever tasted! I really appreciate this location, and a big thanks to Blanca for always providing excellent service!
