Panda Express - Irving

It was the first time we went there for lunch. King Pao Chicken was good, but we liked Orange Chicken as it was so sweet. We also ordered Veg spring roll, but it was too dirty and even my child could not eat.

My family and I usually love to come to Panda Express, and it was the first time we came to this place and make sure I never come back. Bad service I ever met. Thirsha was the girl name I think I hardly had to read her name after asking the manager Wendy for her name and she didn't want to give it to me for any reason. We talked to the manager about her employees and she didn't do anything about the fact that she just left and gave the employee a godfather in the back and acted as if nothing had happened. All the time we were there waited for my sister to eat, as she was the only person of 3 of us to get her food, the employee (Thirsha) stared at us and began to talk about my family with other staff and feel very uncomfortable.

360 degrees turn around! I was hesitant to return to this place because of the incident a few months ago that I had with the crew. This time I came to the restaurant, I noticed a nicely dressed Asian young man speaking with the line personnel, he must have been the manager or a regional or District manager because he was very professional, well gifted and had a good reporation with the staff. It seems that the former employees I had had problems where no more. The staff who were there, cheerful, polite and friendly, it completely COUGHT me from the guard! The feeling that I had was totally opposed to my last visit, so I 'm updating my rating on 5 stars because the drastic change for the good! Convince corporate for the necessary changes, because something was seriously wrong with the last crew I met!!! Previous visit! No! Where do I start? Going to this place stood at the switch for about 10 minutes, the employees pretended to be invisible! I asked one of the servers that stands three meters in front of me, right? Don't you see me standing here, what's wrong with you? Grill! A cook in the cooking area, blurred, can't you see that we're closed? I told him no, why would I ask for service if I knew you were closed? If you are closed, why is the front door not locked, and why has no one informed me about it? instead of making me look like a fool, standing in the front of the counter like a dummy for ten minutes. It was now 10:30 and another customer went in, and one of the servers began to serve this client, I asked this server, what did it do? I stood here first, at this time, the customer apologised me and said that he did not want to cut before me, I told him he was not the problem that they were. Rodger, the manager, then told me that I could go at what time the Irving police arrived, Rodger continued to tell the officers partial mistakes that I came in the shop screaming and screaming to the employees, and that he didn't want to serve me, and wanted to go! I asked the officers if they could come outside and told them my version of the incident. The office then told me that I could contact Panda Corporate with a complaint about the incident and that Rodger didn't want me in the store! Rodger is either confused or has some underlying problems with Blacks! Either he has no business as manager of Panda Express, he basically turned the truth to these officers, and his manager education is missing sad! Roger completely disregarded me as a customer and as a human being. He has no business as a manager for Panda Express! This whole thing could have been turned off if someone had enough to say healthy, sir, we are not open yet, we will open in five minutes! What happened to welcome the customer when they got through the front door, like I used to other Pandas?

For some reason, anytime I select the dinner plate with anything other than orange chicken (example beef and broccoli), I end up with three pieces of meat and a plate full of vegetables. If I didn't want any meat then I would have ordered a vegetarian plate. I have been to this location 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times they have really skimped me on the meat. From now on I will go to another location.

Horrible service. You never know what you are gonna get. I won't go again. It best to cook your own healthy food.
