Omni Las Colinas - Irving

The management staff is quite lacking. Aside from one woman at the front desk, the rest of the staff doesn't seem to care. A particular male employee at the front desk was especially rude. Given that the hotel was nearly empty, you'd expect the management to provide better service to the guests.

My partner and I had a wonderful two-night stay at Omni Las Colinas. While the hotel may be a bit dated, it has many beautiful features and is impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and professional, and the dining experience is fantastic! Don't miss the pool—it's so fresh and relaxing. We also enjoyed an evening stroll along the lake on the well-lit hiking trail. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The Omni Las Colinas Hotel is stunning and well-maintained. It features a lovely outdoor pool with a bar and dining area right next to it. The fitness center is clean and filled with natural light from large windows, making it an inviting space to work out. For snacks, there is a charming area called Over the Counter near the registration area in the lobby. I stayed here for a meeting, and the staff was attentive, ensuring empty plates and glasses were promptly taken away without being intrusive. My hotel room was spotless and beautifully furnished. Overall, it’s a comfortable and elegant place to stay, and the staff was exceptionally friendly!

I love the service in this hotel! the hotel and the rooms are clean and eating is delicious! I spent a whole day in the pool and absolutely in love! I will be back in any case!

I took my family to this hotel as I had many times before but this time I regretted it. The behavior from a group of unsupervised teenagers at the pool area and the I don't care attitude by management ruined our stay. Apparently teens or any others wishing to be that out of control by the pool at this so-called luxury hotel is acceptable. All other adults left the pool that Friday afternoon just as we did also. Management I suppose is wanting business at this hotel no matter what. I remember years ago when this hotel was the Jewel of the Dallas and Ft. Worth area. We won't be back because all complaints fell on deaf ears.
