Mr. Wong's Chicken Rice(belt Line)

The customer service was satisfactory. I placed an order for chicken fingers and fried rice. The chicken fingers were delicious, particularly with the sweet and sour sauce provided. The rice was also quite flavorful, especially with the soy sauce. My only concern was that the seasoning that appeared to be available for the chicken fingers was not offered to me. I only noticed this after reviewing the menu again. The service was prompt, and the food was served hot. Additionally, I intended to order wings but was informed that there would be an 18-minute wait, which did not align with my time constraints. Be prepared for a potential wait if you choose to order wings. Overall, this establishment offers a commendable dining experience.

Fast service and good fresh food. The drink sizes are small though

My son's favorite place, he loves the newest reward program too. Daily specials are a great addition as well. Great quality of Foo and fresh all the time.

Today I decided to order in from this restaurant due to the high reviews, I ordered on DoorDash 04 piece tender combo that an egg roll the chicken tenders a side of fries, a side of fried rice and a drink, When I got my order, I had fried rice and no fries, but I realize after reading the description from DoorDash that even though the fries are in the picture, they are not included in the mail which wasn’t a big deal. It was a little bit of false advertisement.Was delivered quite quickly the chicken tenders are good, but they were overcooked. The fried rice was hard and stale, and my eggroll was lukewarm.Maybe I would have had a different experience if I went into the restaurant itself, but even given the prompt delivery, I still don’t feel like the food that was served to me should’ve been served.Maybe I will try the restaurant again in the future.
