That's the second time I just turned Michaels away. You said I have no bookings that I have booked and confirmed on an open table. Were said they could put us for 100.00 We meet friends there to celebrate our anniversary that we are on the way. Must call to tell them to turn around I will support NIE this unorganized establishment.

We were greeted by the server with some water, then everything went downhill! It took him forever to take our drink order and get back with drinks, and it wasn't as crowded as we got it ok so we fried with appetizers fried green tomatoes so hard you could use them as weapons the deviled eggs came without shrimp when they took it on the server he took the dish and it looks as if they simply had the shrimps on it. When I bought the manager/owner attention, she offered me more fried green tomatoes and never came back to the table! The chicken wings taste as if it were boiled in burnt fat! My friend never ordered her margarita! Please call the chef to help stop this behavior

The service is a bad help in the area of waiting staff. We waited. We finally served the bar. We had to track a waiter to put a food order. Some of the food was freezing. We sent it back to get warmed and never got the food back.

I had a reservation and was sat in the back away from the band. It was 45 wait for food to come out. This was the third time visiting

This was a lovely place for food, music, and dance!
