Jimmy John's - Irving

The service at this restaurant took a bit longer than anticipated, but the manager was very polite and explained that there was a delay due to understaffing. The food was delicious and worth the wait. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Hopefully they can hire more staff soon so they can continue to provide good service.

Naomi was fantastic when taking my order. A nice ambiance can really enhance the overall dining experience.

I have to say, I am a big fan of Jimmy John's, especially the Little John sandwiches. Today, I decided to try the BBQ fajita bowl. I was disappointed as I didn't think it was worth the nearly $10 price tag and it was served cold. I'll stick to the sandwiches from now on. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent!

The new beef wrap was fab-u-lousien and the customer service was great!

It took almost an hour to receive my food when I work 5 mins from the location. I was told they have a new driver and she is probably lost but I got no apology or anything due to the inconvenience. That’s not ok when it’s supposed to be freaky fast delivery. Do better Jimmy Johns.
