Fenjani Mediterranean Grill - Irving

First of all, you guys have no respect for your customers. Your reservation system is terrible. I called and confirmed a table for four people, but a few hours before our appointment, I received a call saying that you were fully booked and that our table was no longer available. I had confirmed my reservation twice! I felt embarrassed in front of my guests, and it was too late for me to make other arrangements since most places were already full. Your team's mistakes completely ruined my day and my plans. When I voiced my complaints, they were incredibly rude. I couldn't believe it; is this really how you treat customers?

The food is good and intriguing, but it leans more towards Middle Eastern than Mediterranean.
