Domino's Pizza - Irving

The only good Domino's in Irving. The pizza is consistently excellent every time we order. We really love pizza, and this is the only Domino's we order from regularly.

I order from this restaurant quite frequently, and today I placed an online order at 5:50 PM. After two hours had passed, I called to check on my order. They informed me that they hadn't received my apartment number, but then seemed excited when I asked if they would deliver again, given that I had already paid. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience with their customer service.

The accuracy of my order was disappointing, especially since it was for the last day of my son's school and winter party. I really needed everything to be correct. Nonetheless, it's still my local Domino's, and they have had both good and bad orders in the past.

I ordered a large pizza today #244) online at 3:00 p.m. and after 3:00 p.m. I thought they didn't deliver this order. In addition, when I called them the store) several times they were unable to make it. This order wastes my time and money including the 60 pizza credit. My children waited for more than 80 min starving during the noon and I ended with it without dissolution!!! It is very frustrating and disappointing that they did not even take care of this problem, I happened. The person who picked up the phone hung me up. Will never order again.

I placed my order online which gave me a delivery time between 70-80 minutes, So I check on the Domino’s Tracker and now my order is going to take another hour before it’s delivered.I spoke to Graciela the manager and all she could come up with is it’ll be hot I promise when it gets delivered to you. O wow thanks a lot for that !So now I’m canceling my order which will take 2-3 days to be refunded what I was charged ?
