Cicis Pizza - Irving

I typically visit for lunch twice a week. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, earning a perfect 10/10. The pizzas are excellent, and the overall food quality is great for a reasonable price. The buffet costs $7.99 (not included). Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

This restaurant doesn’t offer apple dessert pizza, and since they are a franchise, they aren't open to negotiating suggestions.

The pizza was delicious, but I was shocked by the amount of food being wasted at the tables. Parents seemed to have no control over their children, who were running around the restaurant and repeatedly getting food without eating it. The kids would just go back and forth, grabbing more and more. Where was the manager during all this? It seems unfair that the kids can order the same amount of food while wasting so much.

Good service, good salads and good pizza. Just what you need is a hot sauce!!

The pizza is always good there and I always get a specialty pizza made for myself and I've never ever had any problems
