Chick-fil-a - Irving

Make sure you have your reception if you want a refill on the $2 coffee or this place will NOT refill it. Chick-fil-A is in my opinion the gold standard for fast food service, but this place must help with how it treats customers. Especially when I spend almost every day in Chick-fil-A throughout the Metroplex. I just got nickel and dimmed over a 2 dollar coffee. Sad. Will not come back to this place

Has paid money and raised and was chased by a worker who gave us the greatest attitude not to wait for them when she was in another lane that took orders, usually they take cash closer to the window. Was super on my mother who told her she obviously heard her? And when I told her what she started screaming at my mother to tell me I'm more kind to her??? Super rude for no reason I never had a bad experience at this point and every worker always says my pleasure except this lady. Didn't even catch her name, I think maybe Monica, but she took cash and had glasses dark hair and had a light complexion. She should not treat customers in this way or tell them that they tell other customers they are disrespectful. What did she think we were going away when there was clearly a border in front of us? Terrible.

This facility never failed me with food or service. I've been a customer for over a decade since my active military period. I appreciate the care they take when correcting an order and satisfying customers on site. I appreciate your staff and the comfort food! Food: 5/5

My order was displayed, (1 car in front of me and one next to me) as spokesman and ordered. Drove up to pay and get my food (1 spicy chicken biscuit), car Infront of me gets food and leaves, truck next to me gets food and leaves, car behind me gets food going around me and leaves, car behind the car next to me gets food and go. throughout all these cars they always leave me wondering what I ordered. they finally bring my cookies and I give her my change when she comes back to give me my change to another employee with a bag, and the lady who gives me my food tells you that she had already given it to me.... All this took 15 min to get 1 simple spicy chicken biscuit!!!! Will never return to this place

I love Chick-fil-A the food is amazing. My whole family love to go eat there brand new restaurant. Great area lots of parking right next to Irving Mall . Great management with amazing staff . Super quick service with great prices .
