Przekaż informację zwrotną7-Eleven is always hit and miss when it comes to customer service and the friendliness of the employees. They're either really great or completely horrible. This location was the WORST store I have ever experienced. I came here around 3 A.M. and the employee was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He was annoyed that there were even customers interrupting whatever it is he was doing that seemed much more important. He had an attitude that his scanner wouldn't bring up my coupon, then said my card restarted the POS card reader. Switched registers and rang me up again. Slammed my phone down after doing the coupon again. I was completely shocked and embarrassed that an employee dared to treat a customer this way. I truthfully should have called the police for slamming my property down on the counter. This is honestly making me rethink EVER going back to another 7-Eleven. The store itself was unclean and had a foul odor as well. If all of the stores were anything close to this location, the company would not be in business at all. Oh and this is after attempting to go to another location on Nursery Road about a mile away and knocking on the door to have an employee sitting down behind the counter get up and yell that the store was closed. Get it together!!!
The employee here that was working today (Mon 8ish) was incredibly kind and observant. My husband was putting gas in our car and my little girl had to go potty really bad. I was walking quickly with her inside and found the bathrooms without saying anything. Right when I got there I realized we needed a key to get in I turned around to go get help…and he was already there putting in his key ? It saved us a pair of dry pants haha. Fantastic customer service that was above where you find any other gas station’s.
The lady working right now was racist please tell her something.
Lady closed store at 10/24 445am....saw her behind register wouldn't acknowledge me...sooo rude. Will never be back
Ran by on lunch and grabbed a slice of pizza, someone ate part and put it back in the box. Cashier was an assclown wouldn’t get off the phone to help.
