Kebab tasted like rubber the Gaelic wasn't nice the kebab looked like it was put through a shreedered before I got it

I ordered from this restaurant two nights in a row, and unfortunately, the second night, I received the wrong order again. When I called to complain, they offered me a can of Coke but acted like they didn’t sell kebabs. To make matters worse, the manager called me a bum and even threatened to burn down my house—I've never experienced anything like that before. All I wanted was my correct order. I strongly advise against ordering from these people; it’s absolutely disgraceful. I’m seriously considering calling the police.
