Two Birds is truly amazing. The location is located inside an open food court. There are not too many seats as it is shared with other restaurants. I enjoyed the food and the service provided. The girls were really knowledgeable about the selections. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, potato chips and a drink for $12/$13. It didn't take long for the items to come out. I was shocked at how much food I got. I think they might have made a mistake and gave me the double portion instead of single. I personally thought they made the right choice for the buns. The chicken was crispy. It was not all white meat but that was fine as the entire chicken was juicy and flavorful. The slaw was good. It wasn't great but it did compliment the chicken well. The potato chips were good. I wished it was a little crunchy even though it was drizzled in their special sauces. I knocked one star because I wanted a chicken sandwich but it turned out to be more fried chicken and buns on the side. It is hard to hold. I had to use a knife and fork to eat. Of course, this is preference but I feel I should still mention it. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I will definitely return when I want good fried chicken.
I went on a Wednesday at lunchtime and there was no wait. I also had no trouble finding a parking spot despite the number of restaurants in this building strip. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with cottage fries and sat in a quiet corner near the Two Birds window and a gyro place. The fried chicken was so crispy and I loved their signature sauce. I also got some sauce to dip the fries in, which was a great choice. The only thing I didn't care for was the slaw on the sandwich, it didn't have any flavor. But I'll definitely be back!
Chicken itself is really good. They just refuse not to drown your food in coleslaw, no matter how much you tell them you don't want it. If you dislike coleslaw like me, it might not be worth it (frustration of getting back to your office with a coleslaw sandwich, or waiting for them to remake while your friends or coworkers all finish their food)
The atmosphere of this place on the commercial market was very attractive, each place to eat sees selectiv by offer being chosen and the two birds is not taking off. I had only the bird in the hand, chicken sandwich, for which derée, while we had also the mac cheese and cottage fries. the bird delivered a great help of crunchy and taste both very well prepared and juicy enough. the flavors that have been implemented for this are on par with similar styled creations, not bad for $9. the makkaroni was spiral and contain maisflakes and speck, friendly supplements. each ingredient was captured by the cheese and created an interesting layer on the top of the makkaroni. while the pommes were wide and were able to grab the house sauce that came along. I don't want to miss this place when they make a best chicken sandwich search.
