Starbucks - Irvine

Terrible experience here, I waited 20 to 30 min for my drink while everyone that was behind me already getting their drink first! Never coming back here again.

This Starbucks took over a large portion of the old Ruby’s and is huge inside! Clean, modern and plenty of leg room to enjoy a good cup of Joe or a delicious beverage. Staff was moderately friendly in this location, nothing screaming, hey you’re awesome and I love my job, but that rare in any Starbucks these days. I prefer to take my purchases outside and partake in the beautiful courtyard area near the fountain or take a stroll around the gorgeous mall with my drink. Great location, just a decent walk from one side of the mall to the other if you don’t start on this side. But overall , good spot.

I've been to Starbucks hundreds of times, but this is the first time I've been compelled to review one. They don't know what light ice means, and when they remade my drink they trolled me with 4 tiny ice cubesOther locations I don't have this issue

This is a Starbucks store located at Irvine Spectrum. It doesn't seem to be much different from other places. There are quite a lot of people, so it looks cluttered and orders are being taken in two places.

It's a Starbucks so you can expect a consistent experience with the drinks and the service. Considering how busy this location is the service is fast and the tables are quite clean. I consider this location a must-visit when I at the Spectrum.
