Pho Ba Co - Irvine

The food is delicious, as always. However, just a heads up: if you're a fan of meatballs, you'll only receive a quarter of a meatball when you order the combo—definitely not a full one!

The portions were smaller than I remember, and the prices seemed a bit high for the size of the servings. If you order the rare beef, I recommend heating up the broth first before adding the beef so it cooks properly. You can microwave it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or heat the broth in a pot for a few minutes. Overall, it's a solid pho option for the Irvine area.

Absolutely fantastic! I adore the broth and the fresh vegetables and herbs. I appreciate high-quality ingredients, and it truly makes a significant difference. I'm so pleased they maintain such high standards!

Pho was good. Fried shrimp meat patty was so-so and overpriced.

I think its better to eat in person for this location, but even with ordering through Doordash, it still tastes super good. I recommend putting the noodles and other sides in another large bowl, and then pouring the super hot broth in next. Been enjoying this location ever since Ive grown up here.
