Panera Bread - Irvine

The customer service was terrible. I was sitting at a table with a drink when an employee approached me and asked to see proof of my purchase. A friend had ordered the drink online for me, so I had to ask him for the receipt, but he accused me of lying. He then kicked me out and gave me a lecture, stating that I needed to have purchased something in order to sit inside. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This experience has completely ruined my opinion of Panera Bread, and I will probably never eat there willingly again.

The restaurant was not busy when I arrived. Only one kiosk was available as the others were being updated. Unfortunately, I was not greeted upon entry as it seemed like the manager was discussing scheduling with an employee. I believe it was the manager who took my order, and I received a notification that my food was ready before it was actually prepared. The manager did not communicate with me at all during the process and simply placed the poorly made sandwich on the counter before walking away. The quality of the food was terrible, with toppings spilling out and one missing altogether. The service was not up to par and the presentation was surprisingly bad. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I placed an online order and realized it was sent to a location over 20 minutes away from me. I tried to cancel the order online but had to call the cafe directly. After calling multiple times and getting no response, I contacted corporate, who informed me that the location is privately owned and it would be up to them to issue a refund. Despite trying multiple times, I was unable to reach the cafe for a resolution. As someone with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I believe that not answering the phone is a surefire way to lose business. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with my experience.

I love their chicken soup it?s my favorite thing in the world I actually pulled over to make a special trip here because I saw it was close by. The payment options are easy to place your order, then your hand of the pager if you order can?t beimmediately fulfilled your choices of sides for soup are plentiful but I always opt for the Apple, chicken soup with an appleis pretty safe and is also super delicious but I?ve had many of their other offerings but I think the one thing I?m going to tryis the new mango Yuzu citrus church lemonade! And the sandwich called ?the spicy take ?those are next on my list this place isvery popular but they keep it clean and everybody was quite well prepared for a rush! Love this place for breakfast and lunch!

I can't believe how rude the employees are to their customes. Seems like they hate working there. Not only one time experience here. Every visit coming to this place, they are not happy and not welcoming. The cashier, when I ask her about the menu anddoesn't make order right away, she sighed right in front of me. I almost wanna mention her name here but I won't. This isridiculous!
