Amazing cookies. The owner and staff were were very welcoming. My son had me drive 1hr back for another Birthday Cake Cookie (not in picture) i ordered the salted caramel which was amazing it surprised me it had toffee. Definitely going back for more.
Solid 2.5 stars. I came here to try out their cookies tonight but their prices are steap! $6 for 1 cookie. Maybe it's because they gotta pay for that Instagram worthy backdrop they have going on?? The worker was sweet, and I ended up ordering a brownie... the most expensive brownie I've ever ordered at almost $9 with taxes. That lovely brownie tasted dry and was more cake like than a brownie and I ended up tossing it. Maybe that did me a favor as I'm trying to eat more healthy anyway. No more Hudson's cookies for me.
I liked the cookies here in the past; they were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The chocolate pecan cookie I ordered today was disappointing, unfortunately. It was less like a cookie and more like a scone. The inside was too spongy for a cookie and I think they overbaked them. The worst part is that they're seven dollars! When did that happen? I'd consider getting a cookie again in the future, but honestly, I won't be coming back for that price. I would have been better off getting the Bristol Farms cookie, like I was debating; It's half the price and twice as good (as this last time anyway.)I do like that they have a good variety of cookies, though. The place is also super cute and photo worthy and the staff is usually really friendly. I hope they take this review into consideration and bring back the same quality of cookies, or even better, for the future customers.
The aesthetics drew me in. It's beautiful inside. There was not a long line on Friday night around 9 p.m., so I treated myself to a chocolate peanut butter chip cookie, one of my favorites. When she rang me up, it was $7 for that one cookie! Whaaaa?! Plus tip, over $8. Omg, too much. I tried a bite of it, and I regretted buying it right away. I'm a total cookie snob, and this cookie was not worth $7. Flat out. Point blank. No. Will I return? No way. If I'm gonna pay $7 for a cookie, it better be out-of-this-world good, and it was not. I'm so sorry to have to say that. Service and ambiance were nice, but the product--no. I'm not a fan of Crumbl cookies either. This has the same vibe. I give Costco cookies 1/5. Crumbl 2/5. Hudson 3/5. My favorite cookies are from Paderia and The Cookie from Bristol Farms.
