They have pre-made options right in the display case, just pay and go. However, the ramen was epically bad. They actually used SPAGHETTI noodles!!!!!! And the broth was greasy and flavorless. I didn't even eat it. When I got home I was super disappointed and hungry. I ended up having a power bar and going to bed.
Great taste, pretty fresh, and great prices! I usually order sushi from Crazy Rockin Sushi on Alton. Last Sunday I wanted to order sushi lunch to go for my kid, but they weren't going to open until 12pm. With the help of Yelp, I discovered K Pop Sushi inside the Zion Market on University Drive. They were open at 11am. I ordered a rainbow roll and a dragon roll. Compared to Crazy Rockin, fish slices were bit smaller but not too bad! Dragon roll tasted almost the same as CR's. Considering the CR's price being about $4-5 more per roll, I loved it! I would order again.
We ordered curry, poke, and sushi. Unfortunately, the sushi was stale and disappointing; the fish seemed dried out, likely having sat in the display case all day. The poke was enjoyable since it was made fresh after we ordered it. The curry was just average. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, and I don't think I'll be returning.
Great prices, fresh fish, and excellent service. It's a small stand with a few tables inside the market.
I absolutely love the sushi at this place; it might be the best I've ever had. The staff is consistently friendly, and the sushi is always incredibly delicious. Even with recent price increases, it's still more affordable than some other sushi spots I've visited. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
