I absolutely love Jimmy John's for their fresh ingredients. Recently, there was a mistake in my order which I discovered after getting home. However, when I called and informed them, they promptly resolved the issue. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

The sandwiches at Jimmy John's are pretty good. When you sign up with the app and make a purchase, they will spot you a free sandwich for the future. Ordering online is a breeze. This place is always packed with seemingly satisfied customers. The ambience is great. The strip mall that it's located is very nice. Lots of restaurants and so it's very enjoyable to dine in their store our in the outside patio area. It's not our absolute favorite sandwich place, but it is definitely up there among the ones we will frequent.

This jimmy John's cannot handle doing their own deliveries for doordash during a midweek lunch rush. There is a lot of business parks near the location. Nearly any other chain restaurant can handle it. Cancelled my order over the phone after being 20 minutes late, I had to leave by then hungry.
