Haidilao Hot Pot Irvine

The best hotpot place in Orange County. Their lobby have some snacks while you?re waiting. They have organized and clean area. The noodle dancing exhibition is fun and entertaining. Great selections of condiments. Kids gets freebies which is a plus factor.

Haidilao Hotpot in Irvine is a very cool clean and entertaining spot to eat at. Such attention to detail and the service is great. Tom Yum is delicious , Kobe belly beef was excellent the flat iron combo was the item to get. The dancing noodle guy is hilarious.

The first time here and had an amazing experience, service is top notch, food amazing and they explain everything for the first timers to understand how to order and what to expect. There were six at our party and all were absolutely full. Looking for a great experience in hot pot and excellent service and food, do yourself a favor when you stop in the So Cal area.

I dined here for the first time on June 5, 2022, and I really enjoyed the hot broth and udon. However, I had a negative experience with the staff at the dessert bar. An Asian gentleman lied to us when we inquired about refilling the sesame balls, claiming they would do it later. When my partner asked another staff member about the empty sesame ball dessert plate, she simply nodded. This was frustrating and affected our overall experience.

I've heard so much about this place and I couldn't wait until her San Diego shop is open. After some shifts I decided to check them in Irvine. Our server Kevin was exceptional. Knowing it was our first time here, he went into full details how the menu system works, made some great recommendations for us to try. He was so pleasant all night. Great kisses on your patience and great smile! After we heard our anticipation for the San Diego Store, Kevin introduced us to the owner. The owner was as friendly and friendly. He cordially invited us to his business in SD when they open later this month. Although the restaurant was busy, all friendly and pleasant qualities had disappeared since CoVid in some of the top restaurants. The whole restaurant is super clean!
