Carl's Jr. - Irvine

Was welcomed by ivan. he proposed a guacamolburger. what a great recommendation. I enjoyed my lunch. the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

4.5 star experience. the staff is very friendly and helpful. eating after they replaced the frits with fresh) was delicious. the prizes go up and so I expect I will get worth for my money. I do not expect to wait over 6 minutes for my counter ordered to eat when the drive thru waits no more than 2. I also do not expect that I need to ask fresh riders when the originally placed in my pocket suffer that they have been fed. fix the menu card! if you need to have digital, make sure that the screen functions. or find another option to offer the menu while it is broken. repair the beverage machines. the one was out of order, and the other had a light bulb. ditto for the strobe light bulb in the lady room. ask their customers what size combo they want, and make sure to welcome them if they enter if they are not hired by another customer. small gestures make great impacts when people spend their money with them. everything was clean. it felt good to eat in a clean restaurant.

That is carls jr is very clean and super friendly. eating is big definitiw 10 for 10

It was a very long workday and most places were closed, I decided to treat myself in Carl’s Jr. and it was a great simple meal: Western bacon cheeseburger, large order fries and a large Diet Coke! Very satisfying!

Food was great, the hand breaded chicken tenders sandwiches where awesome. Some of the best fast food chicken I've had in a long time. Cashier and manager where complete idiots, couldn't take my order correctly, didn't know how to run a coupon. Just looked confused at normal tasks. All in all, I would still stop at this location because they are making that hand breaded chicken on an other level
