Beard Papa's - Irvine

I am a very patient and easy-going customer, especially if I notice that the place is extremely busy, but we have placed a job for six puffs and waited patiently for 45 minutes until I had to ask them about my order and they just told me that there are much bigger job ahead of me. instead of telling us that the waiting period will take long that they have completely ignored us and went on to refund only the money without having any repentance or trying to form the customer who was not robbed from 45mins from any reason. they should hire more help or simply have a courtesy to let their customers know the waiting time. terrible communication and absolutely respectful treatment.

I love this caffe. the boba is in order, but her gelato is my favorite the cream puffs are bombed. good workers too. chill put again vibe I love hanging on the couch with my friend and sharing ice. also near home

Always loves this bart papas everywhere. we always go with vanilla, chocolate green tea

The strawberry milk snow is amazing, it's definitely something I'll keep coming back for. I also ordered the crossiant taiyaki, and a s'mores and strawberry shortcake cream puff. Wow so many things to eat here and also love the printed cats on the walls.

Great cream puffs from famous Japanese chain. The store sign outside says Mochi. They have coffee and ice cream mochi also
