The woman on the intercom responded, "Sure, there’s only a line out the door." Then, when I was ready to order, she said, "We’re all waiting on you." Seriously? I didn’t need that rude and unnecessary comment. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. This is why restaurants and stores fail. She then tried to justify her behavior by saying, "Oh, you're the only one who has complained about it." Just because others tolerate her disrespectful attitude doesn't mean I have to. I ended up driving to the Orange location, and it was much better.
"Although it's fast food, the dishes are delicious and affordable, offering a great selection of meats. The service at this location is excellent, with friendly staff members who are always cheerful."
I once visited another Arby’s near Disneyland, and it was nothing like this one in Irvine. There’s clearly a significant problem with the service, staff, and food quality at this location. Coming from Laguna Beach, I expected more from Irvine. Perhaps this explains why they are losing customers and why the place appears so deserted compared to the better restaurants and food chains nearby. It’s no surprise that McDonald’s continues to rank among the best restaurants worldwide, as I often see long lines at Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, Panda Express, The Habit Burger, Taco Bell, Red Robin, and many other popular dining options in the area. Meanwhile, this Arby’s feels dead and abandoned; they might as well shut it down. They either need to learn how to treat customers better or close for good. No one deserves that kind of service, especially from a food establishment. It's simply unacceptable behavior. I do not recommend this place at all; unless you're looking for poor service and low-quality food, steer clear. I will never return to this Arby’s. Thank you, but there are so many better options to choose from in Irvine, with diverse selections to enjoy.
I love Arby’s, but what in the world happened? I ordered a half-pound Classic Frying Sandwich from the drive-thru today. There were no other cars in line, and it didn’t seem like there were many people inside either. When I got home and opened my box, not only was the sandwich a mess, but it was completely drenched in cheddar cheese. I can't stand that! This should be a classic and consistent item. I could understand if they were really busy or if I had ordered something more complex, but it was just the standard Classic Frying Sandwich. I might as well have gone to McDonald's. I still love Arby’s and plan to return, but I guess I’ll have to double-check the quality of my order before leaving the parking lot from now on.
We’re eagerly awaiting the multi-class roast beef sandwiches! I typically ask for extra Arby's sauce, almost like having a mini sandwich swimming in it. If the service exceeds our expectations, we always make sure to ring the bell to show our appreciation.
