Dunkin' - Irondequoit

I stopped by to pick up a Box O' Joe and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they provided it, along with cups, creamer, and sugar—no request needed. The service was impressively efficient.

I ordered my usual iced coffee and decided to try a chocolate croissant. Honestly, I don't understand why they microwave everything. The croissant was warm when I got it, but it turned hard as a rock just a few minutes later. They do the same with their bagels. From now on, I'll just stick to the iced coffee.

The food is good, but this is the second time in a row that they’ve messed up my order by giving me donuts I didn’t ask for.

Everytime I go to dunking am seen by kendal which is the best worker there... in my opinion. (Should give him a raise)... service is very good I am there every day, prices are good, and most of the people are nice but one person.

The customer service was horrible I went around 12:00pm on Sunday April 3 and the person working the window was extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend
