Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've always enjoyed dining at Chick-fil-A. Most of the food was great, but during my recent visit, I encountered an issue. While I was dining in and wanted to order cookies, I was informed that it was 9:00 PM and the dining room was closed, so they couldn't take my order. I found this to be very poor customer service. While the food was good enough for me to give a rating higher than one star, the customer service definitely needs improvement. The attitude should be "It's my pleasure," not a refusal to take an order. I won't be returning to this location.
As for the service, I haven’t seen a friendly face or heard a “my pleasure” from any employee in a long time. A big part of why I enjoy Chick-fil-A is their excellent customer service, but that seems to have faded during the pandemic. Now all that's left is soggy or cold fries, insufficient ice in warm tea, incorrect orders or meals that never arrive, and unapproachable staff. I really hope they can improve things soon.
It is now a tradition everytime I visit the USA to have chick fil a as my first meal and it never disappoints. This was my first time at this one and it was great both food and service and would visit again.
Service was quick, and efficient. Food was served correctly. They were slammed but doing a great job of processing orders well. The parking lot was a mess, and the bathroom wasn?t the cleanest.
Now onto the food: the chicken sandwich was hot and delicious, and my son loved his as well. There were a few minor issues that, while they wouldn’t prevent us from returning, didn’t meet the Chick-fil-A standards we’re used to at other locations. 1. There was no "order here" sign, so we ended up waiting at the pickup area for a few minutes until another customer pointed it out. 2. The waffle fries, which are usually fantastic, were barely warm this time, and mine consisted mostly of broken pieces. 3. The location itself is a bit difficult to access. We didn’t wait too long, but it took a few minutes to navigate the intersection and find parking before entering the dining area. 4. Condiments are provided by the staff, which we didn’t realize until after our food and drinks were delivered to the table. Overall, I’d give this location three stars, but because of the outstanding staff, I’m adding an extra star—bringing it to four stars total. We will most likely return, but next time I’ll know what to expect.
