Veranda - Irakleion

It seemed to me that this is the only place in the city, serving Greek cuisine. very beautiful environment in the first floor, view of the Venetian fountain. we had a starter, main courses, wein and a cocktail were all very good: the personal was very professional, friendly and cared for us well. I recommend if you want Greek food and cocktails

The view is amazing and the decor is very pretty. The chicken soup was not my favorite. The chocolate pancakes were very yummy, but all 3 of us that ordered them could not finish the plate because it was too much chocolate! I wish I would have ordered something different as my main course and one order of the pancakes for the table to sample.

This is an amazingly quiet place as it is in the center of heraklion. Although I guess the summer is much more business. the food was delicious and also the non-alcoholic beverage cocktail I have. I will add pictures. that was on Monday. I'm back today. will be posting later.

Loved traditional eating in this restaurant. we have tried many variations and we loved them all! at the end we have a special Greek cake with mastiha chios in glass.

We had a nice dinner with a view of the fountain. the restaurant offered a many number of authentic Greek cuisine that meets all our expectations. we ordered several appetizers and entrees, because it was difficult to choose only one. if they are looking for authentic Greek food in heraklion this is an excellent option.
