Spent 4 nights here early June 2023. The rooms were very typical hotel rooms. We were on the fifth floor with a great view of the city. The hotel has three restaurant options that we have eaten in two Caribou cafes, is ideal for coffee and pastries, and the Frobisher cuisine where we had Arctic char and Bison Burger. The hotel is well located. We've been working in 8 stories that are attached, so we didn't have to get out. Grocery shops are nearby and within walking distance

The rooms and the guest experience were amazing and the friendly gentleman at the reception was more than happy to meet my needs and questions and went beyond to really make my stay a five-star one. Who needs the Marriott! Thanks to the wonderful flat earth of the Lord we have people like the nice man at the reception.

Booked 2 weeks in advance online only at the reception to say that they gave away my room. Very poor service if you book at this distance of a place to say this, I highly recommend one of the other hotels in the city.

The rooms are clean, but no basic equipment such as cups for the coffee machine and soap in the bathroom. Checkin staff were friendly and efficient. The Wi-Fi code didn't work, so no WLAN!

I am very satisfied with all the facilities of the hotel. I stayed in a hotel for 3 days due to flight cancellation at IQALUIT Airport. I sincerely thank all the hotel staff. While staying at the hotel for 3 days, I was able to relax as comfortably as at home. And I ate the steak in the hotel restaurant for 3 days. Thanks also to the cooks in the kitchen. It was really the best food ever. For those who travel here, there is an employee who first meets when they open the door of the hotel. They are three Filipino women. I am truly grateful to the three women. This business trip solved all the hard work due to the weather. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to the three women working at the hotel desk. Lastly, I wish the hotel endless development. thank you
