Rios Brazil Churrascaria - Ipswich

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, despite it being open for 12 years, and I have to say it is now my favorite place to eat in Ipswich. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of buffet style hot and cold traditional dishes that were all delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient, getting our drinks for us right away. I was recommended to try a traditional Brazilian beer, which was fantastic. We were able to choose our sides and then the meat just kept coming, all perfectly cooked and tender. The range of meats was incredible, from beef to lamb to chicken hearts, all cooked on the rotisserie visible in the main restaurant area. The prices were reasonable and the drinks were affordable. The meats were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, especially the Brazilian sausages and chicken croquettes. The restaurant was well-presented and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. I can't wait to go back and bring my friends to this amazing place. I give it a 10 out of 10, well done and keep up the good work.

Well been many time before covid now not too good , meat very salty most of them and expensive for what you get, wine not great either, don’t bother

We went for my wife’s 60th birthday with our two adult sons, meat was quite salty and some of the beef virtually inedible being so tough, one of the waiters serving the lamb served other tables and walked straight pass us so my son asked another waiter for lamb which eventually they bought to the table but by far the worst complaint is that dead on 2 hours after arriving a waitress brought our bill over and told us that our 2 hour table occupancy was now up and it was time to pay the bill and leave, I could possibly understand if the restaurant was full but 3/4 of the tables were empty! They knew it was a birthday meal especially since my wife had cards on the table so I am sorry but leaving £144 lighter and with their attitude in mind we most definitely won’t be going back

This was our first visit but won't be out last. There is something for everyone, Salas, chilli, pasta and lots of different meats. They also have a good selection of drinks and cocktails. All served but very friendly staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Meat coming round regularly, no pork was requested and they remembered avoided our table whilst they had pork dishes. Service lovely all round pleasant meal
