Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe fries were not cooked properly, which is a pet peeve of mine. The staff seemed to have plenty of time to stand around, hiding behind the counter and having a conversation. Perhaps they could have used some of that time to cook my fries better.
The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening, possibly due to people saving money before Christmas. We received a warm welcome from the manager Ivan and were seated at comfortable window seats. The menu was explained in detail and we were left to make our selections. The waitress, Debbie, was very helpful and both staff members were professional and friendly. The food was of a high quality, thanks to the cook. The salad bar was well-maintained with a good selection. I chose a smooth glass of red wine and my companion opted for the unlimited soft drink option, both included in the £14.99 meal deal. It was great value with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, it was a lovely experience and excellent in every way.
I was searching for a good meal and the pizza at this restaurant was amazing! The place was very busy on a Saturday night and a bit messy, but the food was fantastic. I also tried the honeycomb cheesecake, which was delicious.
Always a favourite for a lunchtime treat we were however disappointed today to see this restaurant had undergone a refit and one that could only benefit the staff or allow for reduced staff numbers! No longer did a waitress come to take our order and it was just by chance we spotted a notice on the menu stand saying to place our order at the counter! After making our choices I went to the said counter to order two buffets and one pizza for the third person in our party. When the pizza arrived it was not what was ordered and when this was queried with the waitress we were told the one ordered was not available in that type of base. I wonder why this was not pointed out at the time of ordering. A waitress taking an order at the table would have explained. Anyway the pizza and the buffets were enjoyed but we missed the personal service that had always been a nice touch in Pizza Hut over the years. It did make me wonder why when I paid, which you now need to do at the time of ordering, the card machine asked if I wanted to add a gratuity. When there is almost no service given I thought it was a bit rude to be asked to pay for something that would be impossible to receive. The waiting staff that are still needed are likely to miss out on extra perks and for this I am sorry for them. The food was just as nice but zero points for customer service.
Lovely fresh pizza, excellent choice on the salad bar, drinks were good, service quick and atmosphere good, nice clean restaurant, whole family happy- ice cream finished it off perfectly
