Kfc - Ipswich

I ordered through the app and received really fast service, especially considering it was just after the Ipswich game. Highly recommended! The staff was very efficient.

The restaurant has significantly improved lately. The staff now seems to know the difference between white and dark meat. However, the condiments and napkins can be hit or miss, and I’ve noticed they never include wet wipes. I’m not sure why that is.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Several items were missing, and the chips tasted stale. However, the chicken pieces and mini fillets were quite delicious. Unfortunately, the zinger burger was a letdown, with the patty being subpar. Given the current economic climate, I believe quality is essential for the price. I won't be returning; I can't afford to waste my hard-earned money.

I have the order wrong, just a few chips, cold burger-backs, no hand towels. what is going on, I loved kfc, but it is not very pleasant.

Wasn’t a bad experience but a standard hit and Miss KFC comes to mind, went in at 11 so not long before opening and the restaurant was pretty messy already, it wasn’t busy so there wasn’t an excuse. Slow service as the staff was to busy chatting, served one person at a time, and none of the machine to serve yourself was on or working so it wasn’t like we had much choice but too cue.
