Poor exkrutiw slow service, waited for over 30 minutes on a coffee

For the first time visiting this restaurant. the hot chocolate is 5 stars, pity about the service. the menu has bacon egg toastia with béchamel sauce and some other toppings, I asked for a simple speck and egg toastia without the 2 toppings and the couple behind the theke looked at me like I fell out of a tree, they couldn't find out. it's simple, bacon egg toastia, that's not toppings just simple speck and ei toastie. everything they could do was empty to look at each other and to talk calmly, so I couldn't hear, made me confused that they didn't understand a simple question. will not be back. too thick to understand clearly English, rude as hell whispers, right in front of me. Keeping to her tiktok millennials it does not require brain power.

Great customer service. coffee was weak. my cookie monster desert had no eyes like the pictures that this was disappointing.

Fast service, clean store and exceptional quality. Highly recommend
