Wendy's - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

I went to order a drink and a Dave 's single. My voice does not always carry, so the man at the counter asked if I wanted chocolate, so I told him no, I just wanted a drink and a single, trying to speak a little more clearly. You don 't have to get smart about it! People! was the response I received. It took me a few seconds to process that he really said that and still gave me a look as he got me my burger. I understand dealing with the public is not always easy, but I am a therapist, and I try to be aware of how I talk to people. Sounds like this crew could use a morning meditation and some cleansing breaths.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Rude employees that closed the lobby early.

Tried this store as well but same result.The app didn't work and the managers are not allowed to do a manager override even if you show them that the app is not working despite the fact that the coupon is the same for everybody. Literally useless.

The French fries were as if they had been out all night. They definitely needed CPR. The rest of my order was just okay. I really miss when restaurants cared about quality food at a good cost. I feel like those days are sadly gone.

Good service and most of the time the food tastes really good
