I believe this Starbucks is a significant waste of time. The staff could greatly benefit from extensive training in customer service. They are rude, loud, and seem ill-suited for a retail environment. I suppose they have to hire whoever they can find!
What an awful experience. I ordered a large coffee and a pastry, then went to sit down, only to find there were no chairs in the entire room. This is taking social distancing to ridiculous lengths. After taking a bite of the pastry and a sip of my coffee, how was I supposed to walk around Target holding them? The clerk at the counter informed me that I had to eat outside—despite the fact that it was snowing! I ended up returning the items for a full refund and I will never, ever return. Target should consider ending their lease immediately, if not sooner. Absolutely disgusting.
Terrible. Ordered 3 drinks and I never complain about the wait. First they said they didn?t have lemonade. Then they made all 3 drinks wrong and when I asked she was mad after I got my drinks I said thank you and the girl working there was just plain rude and didn?t Say anything back.
The people who worked at the Stamford CT location in target at 5:40pm were very rude. I rather lose my money from a gift card.
