Excellent place to share with the family, good food. Lobster

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was my first time ever at a red lobster and will definitely be my last. Went there on a Sunday at 3. Kitchen was behind on 13 orders so had to wait 25 mintues to be seated. Then we waited another 20 minutes just for a server to come take our orders. Then another hour just to get our food. They couldn't even cook a steak right. After waiting 15-20 mintues for another steak I told the manager to forget about it and take it off my bill, because by then my family was already done eating. She didn't take it off my bill. She wanted to act like a child and try to degrade me. She finally took it off the bill and told me I couldn't take it home since i wasn't paying for it. I have never been somewhere with this much horrible service or an argument of taking of $18 steak off my bill. I honestly do not see this place lasting much longer.

Food, service and atmosphere were all very nice. Hush puppies with jalapeno butter are amazing.

Food and service was great, as always. I'd complain about the prices, but that's everywhere you go anymore.
